Here are some beautiful landscaping ideas with short ornamental grass and long ornamental grass!

Victoria Day Weekend. As well known commonly as "May Long" weekend; the unofficial outset to a beautiful summer.

The roads were packed with people heading out camping or venturing abroad on weekend holidays. And the nurseries are full of gardeners excited to spend their weekend in the clay.

Nosotros chose the latter this May long. There are then many DIY outdoor projects going on effectually here that it felt great to become a handle on them. Since we don't accept any major summer holidays planned this year; our goal is to go our k and deck finished equally much every bit possible so we can really relax a bit and enjoy our peaceful summertime at the lake. Something we haven't washed for several years.

Then, equally I headed to the nursery to choose the plants that volition stop off some new beds in our natural landscape; I was drawn once more to the simple relaxed mode of lush ornamental grasses. Whether mass planted as a hedge; grouped together with complimentary plants; or used as a large specimen plant in the lawn or garden, grasses are oftentimes overlooked as a cute landscape plant.

Long and short ornamental grass outside.

To be honest, I'm a niggling scrap obsessed with them. We are using large ornamental grass to create an informal hedge in front of the new fence (which I tin't wait to share with you on Th!). And before I went out shopping for the "right" grasses to create an breezy hedge; I spent some time doing my research.

Ornamental grasses come up in a broad multifariousness of sizes, varieties, and colours. They mix perfectly with shrubs like hydrangeas in a cottage style garden; or blended with sweet smelling lavender or Russian Sage in a dreamy seaside garden. Today I've collected some stunning ideas for means to incorporate tall or short ornamental grasses into your garden pattern…
